I suspect they really aren't available for purchase just yet and the main application hasn't been updated to the latest version. If you want you can delete Pinball Arcade from your Kindle Fire and re-download. It will install the latest version and you will see the option for the latest two tables. But trying to purchase them will give you an error. I seen this before when the other DLCs were suppose to already be out so I suspect the DLCs themselves haven't made made available yet. Not sure if when they are whether the main program will then update. If you can't wait just go the route above.

Be aware that you will have to download the other tables you have already purchased if you do. Also looks like you lose your high scores and goal accomplishments. Of course I'm not on Facebook and therefore don't use it. So maybe it's different if one logs onto Facebook in the game.
