Same here. The manual download is also not updated. NoEx seems to be busy.
Unfortunately it says it's looking for version 149.9 or something like that. 150.? is the current version. There's no way to fool it into thinking it's playing 149.9?

You need a backup of the old pinballarcade11.exe, set Steam to offline, then overwrite the updated .exe with the backup. Until you stay offline you should be able tp play the 1.49.xx tables.
