Anyone know the difference between a Title update and a regular update?

The DLC has been approved, but is not available because a title update is required. In one of his posts, Mike seemed to differentiate between a title and standard update. Does anyone know what the difference is?

Hi Richard. Please don't say Dlc won't be out tues. Please don'.t say that? Sly said it would be out the 17 of July. Did u hear anything else about it?

Title and Standard updates both update the core game. The only difference is that a Title update is mandatory (if you refuse, you will not be able to play the game while signed into Xbox LIVE) and a Standard update is not.

It is not coming tomorrow, or any other time in the near future.
