After a drain the ball rolled up the right outlane and got stuck under the right flipper. I could shake it loose with a little nudging though... (iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1)

Same here - iPad 3. Also nudged it free. Wish I could nudge it back onto the playfield.

Yeah, this seems like something that could really happen. So it ought to be possible in the sim.
