When you shoot the ball in the left loop (to the left of the captive ball) and it goes to the back of the playfield on to the right rails, a sound effect is supposed to play (compared to the real machine). Possibly/probably a switch near the rail entrance is not being registered in the game. I noticed this issue on IOS, PC, and I noticed it in a Youtube video of PS3 version gameplay as well.
