360 - Skill shot camera?

Can anyone help me figure out how to re-establish the skill shot camera? I don't know what happened, but I can't figure out how to get it back.

On the 360, you can change your camera angles with the (B) button. You have four choices for game play camera and three for plunge camera, which will be saved independently. If you want to change your plunge camera, press the button while plunging to cycle through the three choices until you see the one you wanted.
