Just been watching a PAPA tutorial and it seems in order to get big points you just get multiball then shoot the left ramp over and over.

Or is this just another case of PAPA sucking the fun out of tables again?

It would make for a pretty poor tournament table.

He's doing that to increase the playfield multiplier to 4X, thereby quadrupling the jackpot and super jackpot value. You'll notice he stops shooting that ramp after he reaches 4X. The big score comes not from that ramp, but from the 4X jackpot and 4X super jackpot (at something like 270M+540M) that he scores immediately afterwards.

Yeah, and they have at least one tournament video of it and it's pretty good watching too!

Played a lovely example of this at the weekend. Its so much better in real life.
