Cross-Platform DLC

Hi all,

I purchased the DLC pack 1 on PS3 last week when it was released in the EU PS Store. This week, the Vita version is available on the Vita Store. However, it is not free to me. If I look at my downloads list on the Vita Store, the DLC I downloaded for PS3 is in the list but 'not compatible with Vita' so I cannot download. If I fire up PA on Vita, the tables from the DLC are available on menu but it asks me to unlock and redirects me to the store where it tries to charge me again.

How do I unlock the DLC on Vita for free?

i have table packs 3 and 4 on my PS3, but i cannot seem to get them onto my PSVITA. all four original tables are on my PSVITA and work fine. i tried calling the playstation customer service line for some help. after almost 30 minutes the PSVITA "specialist" was unable to help me at all after trying various solutions. (at one point he even tried to tell me that these DLC packs were ONLY available for the PS3 and NOT for the PSVITA)

the only thing i haven't tried yet is deleting the whole thing and re-uploading it again as i am saving this as my last resort.
any information would be helpful. thanks everyone.

Deleting it wont make the store account see that you bought it on the PS3, and therefore are entitled to get the tables free on the Vita . This is a SCEE screwup they will have to sort out.

i bought it Twice , with Android 3 times....:) maybe a refund in the near Future or a free dlc code would be :cool:cool

So, is cross platform DLC officially a lie or is there some hope this gets resolved? Is only the EU PSN affected by this or are the US guys having this issue too? I don't mind paying twice too much in this case but I don't want to buy the Vita pack today and tomorrow they fix this. Any statement about this from Sony or Farsight?

I bought the PS3 version in the US PlayStation store. When you buy one it adds both the PS3 and Vita files to your download list, so it's no issue here. I would wait until it gets sorted out. I believe FarSight said they were looking into it.

I'm blindly hoping it is resolved for this week's EU Store update. I saw the news page note some days ago that FarSight are investigating with SCEE.

Any official update on this issue?

They have fixed it. There is a new item for DLC Pack 1 on PSN that contains both the PS3 and PS Vita version, when you click on it. I was able to download the Vita DLC free of charge on my PS3 just now. It now also shows up as downloadable in the download history on my Vita.

I hope the EU store update will fix this issue today for those who bought ADD-ON PACK 1 before the PSVita version was released, or I will not be inclined to purchase ADD-ON PACK 2: Cirqus Voltaire and Funhouse.

The problem is fixed! Anyone who bought it early on the PS3 can go back to their PS3, download it again and they’ll get two downloads one for the PS3, one for the Vita. It will then be automatically be updated on your Vita download list.
