I just got an official Apple AV Adapter and have tried TPA on my tv with my ipad2.
It seems a bit jerky, nothing really bad but just not as smooth as usual. I realised that with the AV adapter plugged in, the tv & ipad screen (mirrored) both have slightly jerky ball movement, but when I unplug the adapter from the ipad TPA runs silky smooth on the ipad's screen.
Has anyone else come across this? Is there a workaround or is this just par for the course with the AV adapter? I'm assuming the adapter uses us some CPU, GPU or other ipad resources to display on my TV.
