If the app crashes on iOS, all of the info is stored here when you sync that device: If you're running OSX ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<your iPhone’s name>/
If you are running Vista C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<your iPhone’s name>\
I don't know where Win7 keeps them, but it shouldn't be hard to find out.
Some people are reporting crashes and if they copy the log info and send it to Farsight, that should shed some light on the issue.
