PS3 and Vita Single or Multiple Purchase?

How does it work with purchasing. Do I need to buy the ps3 and vita version or just the ps3 version to play on both the ps3 and vita. I noticed on the playstation store they have them as separate items for 9.99 each. Thanks for the help.

I assume so long as you have the same account tied to each you can purchase either or and will gain access on both systems.

When I purchased it on my PS3.. it showed both as download options and the unlock edat so its a single purchase...
