Update:
It was stuck in a loop trying to authorize leaderboard tickets after logging in to PSN. We just discovered Verizon had taken a dump in the east, cutting off hops to some parts of the US. Evidently though PSN login was up, PA was attempting to contact a server that was behind a dead hop and wouldn't proceed past waiting for the leaderboard ticket screen to cycle and proceed to the title screen.

The Vita version has stopped loading for me. It has also stopped loading for a friend on his Vita as of today. I believe there was a Vita firmware update a short while ago - I had recently updated.
Pinball Arcade will launch, sign in to Playstation Network, but then goes to a black screen and is unresponsive. The Vita is not locked up - the home button will minimize Pinball Arcade, which remains stuck.
Restarting the Vita doesn't fix it either. Is this happening for anyone else?
