hi i just downloaded pinball arcade on my iphone ive been playing on my vita for a few months and had some dlc packs in there i just wanna know if i have to buy them again or theyre linked to y account, do i have to create a new account on the ios app?

You're able to use multiple devices per platform. For example, a purchase on an iOS device gives you the ability to use the purchase on whatever iDevices you may have, as long as you use the same AppleID on the devices. The same goes for Sony devices...purchasing for the PS3 allows you the same purchase on the PS Vita.

Cross-platform requires repurchasing the content for the different platform.
