Exactly how does one enter their High Score Initials with Kindle Fire TPA? I must had done something wrong. After I was prompted to enter my initials, I did see a right and a left arrow, but when I touched them I never saw any letters of the alphabet on the screen. Then somehow it exited me out of the High Score Initials entry flow. (This happened to be with Bride of Pin-Bot, that came in the Pack with Medieval Madness, but I don't think it matters which table it happened to me on.) Please let me know so I am ready for next time I exceed any table's low high score. 
And can I assume that I don't have to be Logged In from the Fire to enter my High Score Initials?
