I updated my ASUSTF700T to latest O.T.A. Jellybean 4.2.1 this morning and can report that it completed successfully. TPA is running great and the device is stable.

TF300T also upgraded to this version, however I had to change the owner file permissions on the Bluetooth stack so it would actually turn on. Asus pushed the incorrect perms out by accident.

Apart from that, the version is performing well.
