I can't say for sure but I suspect your device has too small of a screen resolution to display the entire UI.
according the the hardware stats I found it is: 320 x 480 pixels, 3.2 inches (~180 ppi pixel density)
The smallest screen i have used to play TPA successfully on was 480 x 800 pixels

That is exactly right, we may have to look into this if we keep getting reports but that is indeed how it was designed
