I cannot hide the touch zone lines on my Nexus tablet except by going to the options menu once a game has started and twice selectiing nudge, off. Every time the game ends, the setting reverts to visible lines, and I cannot seem to save the "off" option globally. This bug occurs with all tables that I have tried, so I assume that it lies within the program code itself.

The way to switch the touch zone visibility off is to...
Press back during a game or press 'table menu' at the table attract screen.
Pick options, scroll to the very bottom (not just what's visible) using either the arrows or touch scroll till you see...
