Disconnected after Game - Leaderboard doesn't update

So i played a really good game of ToM, completed the grand finale for the first time, etc. But somehow i was offline when i finished the game (wasn't before) and now I'm back online and the leaderboard doesn't show my new score.

Anything I can do here? Really annoying since i doubled my previous record...

Probably not, unfortunately. I had the same thing happen to me a couple times on PHOF years ago (I had a crummy router at the time) and found it would only send the score of the game just played and not the high score.
