You can add custom profile for Pinball Arcade, add the executable and configure it like this:

The tables look absolutely gorgeous!!!! I think I will be living on this game for the next few weeks. 
It's a nice trick, and I'll definitely be using it to get Dat Antialiasing when the game's released -- but for testing purposes I think we should stick with the default settings rather than force the game to do something it wasn't designed for. Otherwise bug reporting could get thrown off by something outside the normal parameters.

I added the following changes which made a huge difference:
Anisotropic filtering: 16x
Antialiasing - FXAA: On
Antialiasing - Gamma correction: On
All these settings are in the standard NVIDIA Control Panel
