Not sure if this is simply down to the tables not being released yet for the PC platform (or still undergoing testing) but they show up as loaded in the log and the table files appear to be there in the resource folder.
For the record, two other tables (that haven't been released) show up in the log and have REZ files, so I'm presuming F2K and Goin Nuts have been loaded but locked out of testing by the game itself.
