I mistakenly had sticky keys enabled (it is by default) and playing Cactus Canyon, it crashed TPA. This probably affects all tables.
I am on Windows 8.0 (64 bit), Core i7, 18GB RAM, nVidia GTX460 1GB @ 1640x1280 Full Screen mode, Steam/TPA on a HDD with plenty of free space.
I was somehow able to switch to 'Metro' and get task manager on top, otherwise, in Desktop mode, TPA is on top and you can't see task manager if you invoke it.
