Bug Title: Bug - Dr. Dude: Plunger cam doesn't show the top of the "I" EXAM lights

Frequency of Occurrence: 100%
Expected Result: The plunger cam should let me see the top of the "I" EXAM lights.
Actual Result: The plunger cam doesn't point high enough, and the highest "I" EXAM light I can see is 75,000.
Comment: Play Dr. Dude, and when the ball is in the plunger lane, look at the "I" EXAM lights. None of the plunger cam angles show the highest one.
