Bug Display - Taxi/AfM: Flashing texture problem on Taxi playfield/AfM plastic

Frequency of Occurrence: 100% of the time

Expected Result: Plastic/playfield item is evenly lit/shadowed when flashing
Actual Result: Texture is "lit" with a flat texture rather than a transparent one

Comment: On the Gorbie target entry (upper-right of playfield) and the triangular plastic just above the right outlane on AfM, when they are flashing for whatever reason, rather than it flashing with a transparent texture it instead flashes with a solid one. So when they flash, for Gorbie it alternates between it's unlit form (which is fine) and "lit" which is a grey silhouette of what it's meant to be. On AfM, the plastic goes from being the regular texture (which is just some alien artwork) to being completely yellow.

I've noticed these exact same problems on iOS as well, but it's even more noticeable on the PC version.
