Bug UI: Switching tables causes screen to black out for a second

OS Version: Windows 7 x64
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 580
Ram: 12GB
Version #: .009
Display Mode: “Full Screen”
Display Resolution: 1920x1200

Frequency of Occurrence: 100%

Expected Result: When switching between tables screen goes black for 1 second
Actual Result: Background should switch seemlessly and list of tables should remain visible

Comment: Did not occur in .008

Backing out of a table to the main menu? If so that was to fix the crash issue. I have a solution for this as well, but fixing the crash was more important.

Nope, he's talking about scrolling down the tables in table select. There seems to be a single frame of black in between the backglass images changing. The problem only happens when the backglass changes.

Ok. That was in Vs 0.008 as well.

General: Resolution / Size change at table selection?

OS Version: Windows 8
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GT 640m
Ram: 8GB
Version: 0.009
Display Mode: Full Screen
Display Resolution: 1600x900

Not necessarily a bug, but this is a little bit annoying:
In the my table section: when I select a new table by pressing the up or down key once, the screen goes completely blank for a second as if the resolution is changed. Everything works but this is a little distracting.
