Fixed General | High Score Entry | Can't use flippers to enter initials on certain tables

OS version: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 680
RAM: 8GB
Version: 0.009
Display mode: Full screen
Resolution: 1920x1080

Frequency: Every time a high score is achieved on certain tables (Black Hole and Big Shot confirmed)

Expected result: Should be able to use the flipper buttons when entering initials on Black Hole and Big Shot (possibly others)
Actual result: Need to use the mouse to click on the arrows to enter high scores on those tables

Additional comments: This seems to only affecting EM tables (Black Hole, Central Park, Big Shot, etc) as they don't have a built in high score list.

Just a question for you, what controller are you using?

I'm using a 360 wired, and have the flippers mapped to the shoulder buttons. On the tables you mentioned, no the shoulder buttons won't enter in the initials. However, the triggers will. Did you try that?

I'm using the keyboard (left shift and right shift).
