Frequency of Occurrence: Sometimes
Expected Result: Ball bumps onto the target and goes out of control.
Actual Result: Ball acts like the target isn't even there when heading downward towards the right flipper and phases through.
Comment: Looking back at my recorded video (the failed one), I wondered, "That wasn't supposed to happen..." EDIT: Done. Hopefully I didn't do too horrible of a job editing together.
