Frequency of Occurrence: It is hard to recreate since both balls need to be going into the lock Close to each other, but I have managed it twice.
Expected Result: During multiball, two balls come in Close succession into cannon lock, the first ball should lock and the second ball should Bounce back out
Actual Result: Both balls enter lock, the table can't find the missing ball and it does not eject during ball search. The only way to get it out is to tilt the table and wait for ball reset when it unloads cannon.
Comment: This is game breaking since you need to Tilt the table to get the balls out.
