PC - Bug my collection of bugs/glitches in 0.14

my collection of bugs/glitches in 0.14 (updated for 0.15)

I know each should probably have an own thread (and some might have been posted already) but unfortunately I don't really have the time to go through each individually.
These are my current findings in vs 0.15:

OS Version: Windows 7 x64
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 670
CPU: Core i5-3570K @4x4Ghz
Ram: 16GB
Display Mode: Full Screen
Display Resolution: Usually 1920x1200 but all issues also occur at 16:9 resolutions like 1920x1080

gorgar:
-ball clipping issue (visual) with shooter lane cover when plunger is pulled back - ball intersects with cover
-flipperfingers don't rotate around base center (very obvious here - also present on other tables like mm)

eatpm:
-plunger spring comes out of cabinet if you pull plunger far back

cftbl:
-artwork on plastic above left snack-bar targets really low res
-wrong style bumper caps - should be wms/bally "standard" geometry like on TOTAN/TZ (http://www.pleasureandpinball.se/cftbl/cftblbilderplayfield/IMG_0766.JPG) right now they look like old school Bally caps

TOTAN:
-no working dmd on backbox

bop:
-woodrail in shooterlane still invisible (right cabinet wall is rendered properly now)
-displays on backbox don't work

afm:
-visible thin horizonal black line between england and italy insert across entire playfield texture - looks like a problem in mipmap transition (if there actually is a mipmap)[dr. dude shows this as well but not as clearly]
-screws missing from slingshots to hold wire ramps in place
-actually there don't seem to be any screws/nuts holding the plastics in place on the entire table

drdude:
-visible thin horizonal black line across entire playfield texture around the middle - looks like a problem in mipmap transition (if there actually is a mipmap)[afm shows this as well]

mm:
-flipperfingers don't rotate around flipper base center but they shift upwards a little
-looks like there's no GI-lighting at all but regular inserts are over-saturated when lit with too much bloom

cv:
-no bumper skirts

mb:
-wrong style bumper caps (http://www.iobium.com/DSCN0638.JPG)
-wire ramps too wide - floaty ball
-center spinner too big and reflective sticker only on one side (http://www.iobium.com/DSCN1088.JPG)
-shooter lane blue light bulbs placement does not line up with artwork/drilled bulb holes

ss:
coin door coin return slots invisible - can see floor through holes in coin door


menu:
-options/settings screen shows totan image on top

explore table:
-can only zoom in and out but not move table

hud overlay:
-wire ramp cut off at lower end - should either be placed at the lower end of the screen or the picture should contain the full ramp shape.


fixed in 0.15:
alt+tab / windows key crashes game (music keeps running but returning to the game is not possible because the game crashes as soon as you try - sometimes it freezes and leaves you with a black screen where you have to kill it through the task manger and sometimes it will quit telling you that the .exe has stopped working)
