Is there any hope for the packs for TPA to be available on the steam store directly? I mean, I wanna put packs on my wishlist, in case anybody wants to buy me some tables. I'm pretty darn poor, and my friends tend to get generous around the holidays. I'm sure you all have friends like that, too.

The Season Packs are available in the Steam store as of today. Individual tables are still only available within the game itself. That's how Valve wanted Farsight to set the game up initially, so that's how they had to do it.

All my friends and family rely on an Amazon wishlist to shop for me. Sure, it's not as spontaneous as you seem to be suggesting, but I would say the best option is to add Steam gift cards to your Amazon wishlist. You can buy them at Best Buy and everything now, I think even 7-11.
