can't find eyeball custom ball in ps store

I looked for the eyeball dlc but couldn't find it in the ps store. Someone please help

On PS3, the eyeball was only given to tournament winners. Not sure of its availability on PS4.

Sorry, I posted in the wrong section. I was looking for it in ps store for the PS3 and Vita. This site says that the eyeball is available to purchase in the NA PSN store.
