Pinball Arcade -Just Black on a HTC One X

When i try to start the free trial , which i downloaded from the Google Playstore on a HTC One X, all i get is a black screen which does not go away.
What could i do to get it started?

Do you have the ATT HTC One X or the international version? TPA runs just fine on my international unlocked One X, aside from the annoying action overflow button.

Yeah I have other users with this device that seem to be able to run it =\ unfortunately that is my life as an android dev, some devices that should run the game fine are inexplicably causing issues for their users.
