Network offline - problem with tpa

I noticed thad due problems with psn, tpa have tendency to hang on login screen during starting of the game. If this happens, best is to go to network options and diseable internet connection for 2seconds.

Yup. Had to turn off the network connection to start TPA.

I couldn't start TPA either last night. It just hung at the "authorizing user" screen. And I mean totally hung. I couldn't cancel, couldn't go back to the XMB, couldn't even bring up the shutdown screen. I had to press and hold the power button on the system to kill everything and shutdown and then restart.

Yes I was pissed earlier today because I couldn't play TPA. It kept saying Authorizing User... and stayed on that screen.

That authorization screen times out after two minutes, and the game continues on to the main menu or whatever.
