I had no trouble with it and have played several games so far. I did notice an odd graphics glitch where the screen very briefly flashes static when switching between players. But other than that, it seems to work fine.

I had always wished that the original creators had built a better bookcase, though. It looks like what it is, merely a blue plastic box.

And BTW, there are two "d"s in Addams.

I've had no problems playing The Addams Family since the update in which it was included, but now:

Gorgar
Harley-Davidson
High Roller Casino
No Good Gofers
Starship Troopers
Theatre of Magic

All DO NOT WORK. Some of these games I play on a regular basis (until now, apparently). I own all of the games currently available so anything not listed here is working for me.

Basically, the games that aren't working are in the list to choose from. The initial clue that something is wrong is that when it's highlighted, the music from the game doesn't play, it's that default guitar bit. I have all of the games already on my hard drive (which was confirmed in the options menu so the app is somewhat aware that the games are locally there). When I choose the game, it acts as though I don't have it downloaded and it starts to try to do just that. The difference here, is that the progress bar is stuck on the smallest progress possible and it's flickering like crazy.

Sinistro! Is that what you saw when you tried to download? The flickering meter?

Okay, I actually have all the games on two different Macs (Mac Pro and Macbook Pro0. I usually use the MBP because I like to play in bed while my wife plays video games, but I'm at my Mac Pro now (typing this on my laptop through my network) and there are a few things I've figured out that I would like to mention.

There were a couple tables on my Mac pro that weren't playing the opening song when I selected them that I had no problems with when I selected them on my laptop (one I remember specifically was Earthshaker). Because those worked once I click on them (ultra short, supposed "download" shown and then you have it again), I went back and decided to ese if any of the other onces that weren't working on either computer actually did "download" with no problem. Some of them did!

It turns out, for me anyway, both Gorgar and High Roller Casino came back with no problems. The others really need to be sorted out because Starship Troopers was the last one to come out before the Addams Family and Harley is my favorite. The textures on Harley were just updated in this update too, I really wanna see it. Anyway, those are my findings! Let me know if you guys find anything different!

That happens whenever Farsight updates a table. It has to then be re-downloaded.

But you're right -- it's impossible to re-download Theater of Magic. The loading bar just strobes rapidly on and off with no progress. So that's a biggie that needs to be fixed.

I too am on a Mac Pro. I've never seen the game do that before.

Since it's a Mac issue - this will get ignored
Since pleasing Addams Family Kickstarter donators currently takes priority and this has nothing to do with that - this will get ignored

Maybe it will magically work itself out with the next table release, or the one after that

....On the bright side, at least we have Addams Family

either they didn't update the game correctly for mac, either it's the download not present (flickering bar)
