• Safe Cracker Now Available!

Safe Cracker™ has just been released for Steam (Mac/Windows) and Google Play!

iOS, Mac App Store, Amazon and Ouya are delayed but should be released

Safe Cracker™ (1996): designed by Pat Lawlor, this unique table is noticeably shorter and more narrow than a standard pinball machine. Featuring timer based gameplay as opposed to having a certain number of balls, players take on the role of a bank robber looking to collect a stash. The goal during the pinball part of the game is to break into the bank. Once inside, the gameplay switches to an interactive board game on the back glass that must be played in order to break into the vault. This game also features Magic Tokens, which are dispensed as rewards from a special slot on the back glass. These tokens can be collected or used to start a separate game mode on the table called, Assault on the Vault. 1,148 units of this table were produced.

Isn't Steam for Mac still the iOS port? I've still got Steam version 1.39 (not 1.4x with Safe Cracker) if I run TPA on my Mac partition.

Agree that these delays with the iOS release is so annoying - especially when table's in a tourney

It's entirely in Apple's hands; I don't think Farsight has more info than we do about the progress. And I'm sure they want our money as much as we want to spend it.

Anybody who is stil waiting for IOS "Safe Cracker" I would recommend finding a relative or friend with Andriod. I'am going to work tonight and play my Boss' phone and play as much "Safe Cracker" as I can before this weekend. It's awesome Farsight did one ( Kick Ass ) job on this table. Android for now is the only way I can play. "Game On Tonight" screw actually working it's Friday night for me anyway. I Love "Safe Cracker" probably my favorite table this season. I earned my first Token last night loved the animation as it rolled down the center of the table. Fantastic Job!!! Incredible table Farsight Family!!!

I used to have Android until I bought an iPad, Far Sight was nice enough to switch my account and all my tables over, instead of making me pay for four full seasons on iOS. If i had known how much Apple was turkeys on approving tables i might have stayed with Android. I guess we'll just have to learn the table on the fly. It does look like lots of fun.

Before condemning Apple about the iOS and Mac versions...
Has it been confirmed that validated, debugged compiled code has been delivered to Apple by FarSight..
If yes?? What was its date?

well, according to the post date here (i don't FB so i'll go by the post-date here - it'd been a solid week from announcement to iOS release... now, maybe FS should just say, "submitted" or some such and leave it at that... for what it's worth, i understand Apple's been deep-bug-testing code more recently the past few months/past year(s), and i imagine for whatever internal testing timelines, that's "ideally seven days max," "blargh"-testing (just tossing sh*t at the app to see if it breaks)... and that's digging into the market (which is probably already expanding at an exponential rate...) shoot, while he was alive, and even in retrospect, "i love steve jobs" - but at the same time, it'd be a wonder what things would be like now if he were still around! lol, let me be "the fool" to bother suggesting that... would things be better? would things be worse?

P.S. !!! meaning for a discussion, and not an argument... i just wonder... what would be going on, if he were still alive? "the watch," sure maybe right, as an interesting bit? i just wonder what other things he might have envisioned while he was still with us, in our future? in Apple's future?

Also U should always request a return receipt to make sure it was received OK without corruption.

I believe the same time as Android, if not maybe even sooner. The iOS beta starts before the Android beta, so they may also submit sooner. Just guessing.

Seriously though people, it's only a week.

      Incredible...
No updates from FarSight which usually means bads news so they say nada..
Since they have a very loyal following, one would think they would post something..
FarSight needs to update their marketing support staffing and advise something..
Even if 1 guy is out for vacation..
In todays world of internet, social marketing and instant communications they should post something about its status rather than just cop out and blame Apple...

In the Mac App store under The Pinball Arcade, its shows Red & Fred Road Show as an update (4.9). Yet Red & Fred has already been downloaded as 4.9...
