Twice as big as last year, but very organized for all of Saturday. Let's hop right in.

Some pinball machines just killed me outright, no matter how hard I tried. Some of the games were in tournament mode, so that's probably why they seemed so brutal. Here's the following, all scattered throughout the day:

Bride of Pin*Bot 1.0
Ripley's Believe It Or Not! (Plungerless)
Taxi (Broken plunger?)
Twilight Zone (wonky left flipper)
Star Trek TNG
Phantom of the Opera
Indy 500
Attack From Mars (different machine; ColorDMD)
FunHouse
High Speed
Eight Ball Deluxe
NBA (but screw that game anyway)
Judge Dredd (maybe that was good...)
Paragon (Justified.)
Terminator 2
Black Hole

Phantom and Indy 500 in particular: HOLY CRAP, they were FAST. Some games I wanted to play were broken (RIP Black Knight without multiball; BoP 2.0 with a broken switch). Corvette had an issue with the upper left engine that kind of turned me off though. And Black Knight 2000 I didn't get to play because it was covered in that PAPA glass.

On some machines, I did fairly decent or got better on, but they weren't justifying recording the high score. In no particular order:

Demolition Man
World Cup '94
White Water
High Speed II
Tommy
Flight 2000
Monster Bash (yes, I did get to do Lyman's Lament. It was glorious.)

Now for the good part: The highlights of my games.

NASCAR: "It's time to rock and roll!" Finally got to multiball and hearing "I...CAN'T DRIVE...55!" as a result of that. Not a high scoring game, but that was worth it.

Banzai Run: This is a big one. I finally managed to reach King of the Hill during multiball play (nailed that shot and didn't need a second chance at it), and earned a deserved 4,073,000 score for #3 on that machine. Must need for TPA.

America's Most Haunted: This is a very fun game; whole lot to do on it and a bunch of modes to choose from. Managed to complete 1 mode for a multiball and earned a decent amount of points. 54,722,950 was the final score; pretty good for playing this the first time.

Cue Ball Wizard: Last year it killed me. This year, I may not have managed Pool Ball Mania, but got a good chunk from pretty much everything on the table, including Multiball. 180,395,070 was the score; I enjoyed it much more this year with more control over the ball.

Ghostbusters: It killed me, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it! The flipper gap is HUGE on that thing, it's not even funny! That aside, I almost managed a "WE CAME, WE SAW, WE KICKED ITS..." through the set of modes on the left ramp. 115,951,070 was the score, which is very good considering how absolutely BRUTAL the drains are.

Grand Lizard: First time playing, and enjoyed this game very much. Main strategy was to go for multiball and the drop targets up top (The spinner, when lit, can dominate as well). Got a score of 2,906,020 at the end of the game.

High Roller Casino: It happened. 12 years ago I played this game, and I enjoyed it just as much at the event. It was a tournament game, so everything was pre-determined and not random. The ROM was also older, so it was obvious that some things were slow. Regardless, I got a score of 166,465,090. Not bad for a first time in 12 years!

Jack*Bot: Another big one. I managed to reach Casino Run for the first time. Much of the points came from multiball and bonus (used the short plunge strategy as well). Got a score of 2,715,381,070; much more improved since last year.

Magic: Played with Nick from Buffalo Pinball on this one. I basically crushed this game with spinners all day. Got a score of 788,950. Really, I wasn't expecting to do well on some games, especially when it comes to playing these for the first time.

Star Trek: After playing on GearVR Star Trek, I played the Pro version at the Pinburgh bank. It paid off once again. Completed 4 of the 6 major modes, went into Klingon Multiball (3+Add a Ball; managed to trap all 4 on a flipper), and destroyed the Vengeance during that Multiball session (right on time, too). Got a score of 85,439,250, giving me a #2 spot on that machine.

Scorpion: Played with Jack Danger (aka Dead Flip) and 2 others from my Steam friend list. It was Magic all over again, except I had to light the pop bumpers to activate the spinner. Got a score of 753,850.

I also visited Farsight's booth; they were holding a tournament and I won a Scared Stiff t-shirt from them. I also visited Matt's booth with the different redemption games (a skill crane was on display with him), along with some competitors and tournament organizers (Bowen, Steven Bowden, and Owlnonymous). So that's the whole 10+ hours of pinball. Easily looking forward to next year, hoping that I'll someday take part in one ranked tournament!
