I like Genesis as well. Even better if it has the Metropolis backglass art.

Agreed! There was one for sale a while back in Columbia, MO that had the complete re-theme (Backglass and side art). It was pretty and the sound track was great! It also helped that the pictures showed it setting next to what looked like a restored Star Light.

Yeah I have seen better Street Fighter art than on the table, but I still liked it the few times I got to play

How about Krull & Qubert?

Anyone played Devils Dare? Looked like a good one in a video I saw.

I kinda like Big Shot, never tried any of the others you all mention. The new ones like TX-Sector are not on Xbox 360, so I have no opinion on them. Would like to see SO76, it's already made (is on HOF disc) & Old Chicago. There's a great table with a train theme, has sliding doors in the backglass, forget the name of it. :)

You mean Q*Bert? It's gawdawful.

Seconded. It looks interesting but is not that fun to play. Plus it has the same 'music' as Goin' Nuts.

I've played Devil's Dare a few times but it didn't do anything for me. I know some people seem to like it but I suspect a lot of that comes from being drawn to the artwork. For me gameplay is more important than artwork.

I remember having fun playing Wipe Out back in the day. I also played Devil's Dare at a Mom and Pop (literally, it was named Ma and Pa's). It probably was the first machine I played seriously and got me into Pinball in general. Forgot about that till now.

I actually like playing Genesis, but....WOW!

I suppose some may like the Gottlieb System 80B cheese. But they are almost all bad...

I love those! I mean, they are AWFUL. They are also photos, though. I guess I meant drawn art. SF2 stands out because it is based on another property where much better art is available to compare it to. It looks like a cheap knock off. I was being hyperbolic, though. Lots of pins have terrible illustrations. A lot of those Zaccaria tables....

Have you examined some of the smaller character illustrations on Jurassic Park? Yikes...

I will also add to the dog-pile on Q*Bert. Looks cool, plays terrible.

Guess what? Frank Thomas' Big Hurt is the next table. Another mediocre Gottlieb Premiere!

I'm convinced they are doing these because they can get them for really cheap. They certainly aren't essential pins that need to be preserved digitally when we still have a lot of missing System 11 classics. They've now done a Premiere every other month since R911.

Indy 500 is a great game, though!

My place to go locally just added Surf N Safari and as much as I hate to admit it, it was fun! The three free games that someone left on it didn't hurt either!
