    And yes, TPA doesn't do Black Hole justice at all. The sheer SIZE of the thing is a major part of its original appeal, which gets completely lost on a pocket size phone screen.
    As opposed to what pinball machine that isn't crammed on a phone screen?

    Honestly, not a lot of them. Mainstays for me are:

    High Speed
    Pinbot
    F-14
    Swords of Fury
    Eight Ball Deluxe
    Whirlwind
    EarthShaker

    I could find places that had a couple of pins, but no true pinball rooms.

    Added a few more to the list at Allentown this year:

    - Centigrade 37. This was in excellent condition, looked almost new, new flippers, rubbers, lamps, it was cleaned, and the owner was asking $1850(!) for it.
    - Jacks Open. Played pretty well. The red "J" target in the target bank was replaced with a second red "A" target. Possibly out of necessity?
    - El Dorado City Of Gold. Yes, it's just as ugly in real life.
    - Ripley's. There's been one at the show the last couple of years, but it was never working. This year, it was working. More difficult in real life. Flipper traps are far more difficult to obtain and the ramps are more difficult to hit.
    "You've got an arm like a wet rag!" - The Dummy, Hurricane (Williams, 1991)
    "Ace of Clubs?!" - Bride of Pin*Bot, Jack*Bot (Williams, 1995)
    "You have been terminated. Have a nice day!" - Candy 2000, Safe Cracker (Williams, 1996)

    Wizard Goals remaining: Safe Cracker 26 [Unique] Tokens (19/26 collected); F-14 250K Launch Bonus; Frankie 150M Creature Jackpot, Complete CREATURE

    You can find Goin' Nuts in Las Vegas at the Pinball Hall of Fame. I've seen Space Shuttle, Cyclone, and Cactus Jacks there too, but the normal games like that rotate.

    I was just there last month and I did not see Goin' Nuts. Or maybe I just blocked it out of my memory...hmm.

    I found myself in vegas on new years eve (driving back from CA) - i thought making a pilgrimage to the pinball hall of fame would be a better way to spend NYE than watching street fights and vomiting on the vegas strip. I got there at 8:50pm and it was completely dead so the operators decided to close early at 9pm. I only got to do a quick walk though and couldn't find the goin nuts machine so I played Harley Davidson (on my list) until they literally shut off the power.

    So I went to the Vegas Strip and watched street fights and vomiting. On a positive note I stayed at the sketchiest hotel I have ever been to that cost $200 (everything else was sold out or $700+) and I did NOT get stabbed or robbed. I hate vegas - only reason to go back is the HOF and hopefully they stick to their posted operating hours.

    Didn't keep scores, but recently I visited the Dutch Pinball Museum and played to following tables which are also in TPA:

    * Adams Family
    * Bride Of Pinbot
    * Arabian Nights
    * Elvira & The Party Monsters
    * No Good Gofers
    * Medieval Madness
    * Cactus Canyon
    * Creature from the Black Lagoon
    * Indianapolis 500
    * Red & Teds Roadshow
    * Space Shuttle
    * Terminator 2

    And probably some others I don't remember

    Played Twilight Zone for the first time. That table feels much larger in the real world than on TPA. Real funny oddity, I think I beat my top score in TPA for TZ on the real table, which seems a bit odd. Only other table I've done that with is Centaur.

    Recently went to an arcade that opened an hour away from me called Eau Claire Arcade and Games. They had about 20ish arcade machines and 9 pinball tables, paid $15 for free to play all day, tried out Who Dunnit, Hurricane, Terminator 3, Family Guy, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Medieval Madness, KISS(Stern), Batman '66, and AC/DC. They must have had Rescue 911 at one time, seen it in some pics on their Facebook page but wasn't there when I visited. Forgot I seen a Super Mario Bros. table there as well.

    Medieval Madness
    Bride of Pinbot
    Cirqus Voltaire
    Funhouse

    Elvira
    Twilight Zone (and I sucked at it in real life, too)
    Attack from Mars

    Season 2:

    Space Shuttle
    Pinbot
    Whirlwind

    Haunted House

    Season 3:
    High Speed - one of our local arcades loved Steve Ritchie designs.
    Diner

    Season 4:
    Earthshaker
    The Addams Family
    Cyclone
    Xenon
    Red & Ted's Road Show

    Season 5:
    The Getaway: High Speed II
    F-14 Tomcat
    Fireball (at a Taco Bueno across the street from my high school)

    Season 6:

    Doctor Who

    I've never played a pinball machine in real life. I've earned all available trophies on every single Zen Pinball table, and am working on earning every single Wizard Goal on all Pinball Arcade tables, but never touched a physical one. I wonder if I would be able to just walk up to one of them and play a decent game, perhaps reaching a wizard goal or two, or if I would completely suck at it. I'm sure nudging would be less pronounced (if it's even allowed).

    I’ll put it to you this way; you’ll know what to expect as far as ball behavior, you’ll understand the rules and what you are supposed to do, but you’re also going to learn what it truly means for the ball to be wild. You’re gonna see how real rubber behaves, how table imperfections affect everything, what weak flippers are like.

    It is roughly the difference between cycling on a stationary bike verses a real bike.

    They added cactus canyon to the silverball pinball museum in asbury park NJ if anyone was trying to find one to play. They made under 1000 of those so its sort of rare, but not the rarest. Ive actually never come across one so im trying to plan a trip pretty soon. I have family in jersey so ill just lump a visit in. Ive been to the silverball many times before its a great place 100 tables mostly old EMs and 20ish moderns. All machines are set to free $15 gets you a 6 hour pass $25 gets you a full day $50 gets you a month memebership (but you have to pay for 3 months) http://silverballmuseum.com/asbury-park/

    That's a pretty good description. I love pinball Sims, but pinball in real life is vastly different.

    For me a big difference is in how I'll lightly nudge a table in real life, and a big nudge will warrant a tilt warning.

    Having not played for years, I was surprised at how large the actual ball is for some reason. Still can't beat a real table. I've always preferred pinball to video games.

    Been there, spent about 10 hours there one day. Going back this summer hopefully for at least one day.
