Anybody else ended up with calluses from DS4 triggers?

I only play the game to earn all the trophies, and in the 2 months I've been working on it I ended up with calluses on the last segment of my index fingers. It's the same type you get from lifting dumbbells/barbells, except at the top of your finger. Almost made me go and buy a dedicated arcade type controller with push-buttons instead of triggers, but after a week or two it hardened and stopped hurting.

This. The DS4 triggers are terrible.

It's the same on an X360 (and I presume XONE) controller. Triggers are terrible for playing pinball. I don't know about the DS4, but the X360/XONE triggers are (pseudo-)analog, and of course they take longer to press so reaction times are too slow.

I was talking about L1/R1 buttons, I thought they are the called 'trigger' buttons while the L2/R2 are the 'shoulder' buttons. Seems I had my terminology reversed. Yes, I would never use L2/R2 to play pinball due to longer travel, and them being analog in nature, where L1/R1 are just push buttons.
