When activating the Multiball Passive upgrade, all scores are counted twice (at least for me with Level 10, probably less with a lower level of that upgrade), no matter whether there is a multiball or not.
Sometimes, when deactivating this upgrade, playing a game, and activating it again, the scoring is back to normal - until you get the next multiball. Then the upgrade will stay active all the time, even when quitting the game and starting again.
