(This was, for real, a #1 hit in the UK. The guys who recorded the song had earlier that year published a book titled "How To Have A Number 1 Hit", or something like that; this was their proof of concept. The Timelords/KLF/Justified Ancients Of Mumu/JAMs are notorious in the UK music industry for various bizzarre stunts, including burning £1MM and abruptly departing the music scene, deleting their entire back catalog at the same time. There are currently very unconfirmed rumors that they're making some kind of a re-appearance this year, perhaps.)

In 1988, an Austrian group used "The Manual" to create a successful song. Not only in Germany, Austria and Switzerland,
even in the UK. :) UK Single Charts #5 for 10 weeks. The Swedes also liked it (guess why).

PS: Edelweiss (Edelweiß) is a flower.

Chuck Berry, this is where classic rock begins. Back in 97 or 98 I saw him at a restaurant in St Louis called Blueberry Hill something I'll never forget. RIP

Not my video, but I was there last night. Great show from a band I've enjoyed for a long time. U-F-O
Saxon and another band (that I wasn't familiar with) opened for them and tickets were only $25. Show started at 7:30 and went til 12:15. Can't beat that.
