If Chewbacca was in an airport, handing out flowers, playin' a tambourine while wearing yellow bedsheets...

...would he be a very Hari Krishna? Ba-Dum-Psshh!

Hari Krishnas, everyone! Ho ho ho!

I just cannot get into Mass Effect. I'm just now at the point of being able to leave the station for other worlds, but I could really care less.

Plus, now I'm playing XCOM, which had me hook, line, and sinker within 5 minutes of playing!

Just came back from seeing The Hobbit. Pretty good flick. My wife liked it more than I did. I still think the first three LOTR movies were better. I won't say anymore, don't want to be a spoiler to those that haven't seen it.

Seeing as Michael Bay is viewed as an Auteur in the world of film, and Peter Jackson is turning a 300 pg book into a 9 hour trilogy It's probably best to reserve all comments about pop culture to quiet places or just to yourself otherwise you'll come across as a misanthropic old person who may be, *gasp*, a socialist!!

LOL just yanking chains.

Saw it yesterday. Had the same sensation I had with the first 2 LOTR films...that's it?? C'mon, I'm good to go for another 2 hours!! I don't wanna wait a year for the next 3rd.

BTW, saw it in 2D and didn't feel like I was missing out. I am curious to see the HFR version, but I wanted to see it the way I saw the other 3 so that the new tech wouldn't be a distraction from the story (which it seems to be according to most reports).

I saw it on Sunday and thought it was rather enjoyable. I was a bit skeptical going in since I've heard some slight grumbling, especially in regards to the length, but it didn't feel overly long to me. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one.

We saw it second Christmas day. Don't know.. if you haven't seen LOTR 1/2/3 it is great, but with the Hobbit I had the feeling I had seen it all before. And the new sharper frame-rate is not a progress in my opinion. Especially the first half hour it looked pretty fake, too sharp, like a home vid. Overall it's a good flick but nothing new.
