As I stated in reference to communist regimes: millions will die.

It takes about 21 days to form a new habit and roughly 66 days for this new behavior to become automatic. Earlier I predicted we in the US would see this last for two months... though some like Bill Gates are on a media tour promoting 10 weeks of total lockdown.

It certainly won't end after 2 months. What may well happen by then is general retail shops re-opening to a limited extent but with social distancing measures still in place. Leisure activities and eating out is anyones guess how much longer that will take before they can open again.

While this is a random thoughts thread, there's a point at which the thoughts aren't random anymore and are coming across quite deliberate.
Add an admin I'd appreciate your help with refraining from so much COVID news.
If folks want that they can go to any site and overdose on it at the moment. I don't think we need to add Digital Pinball Fans to that list. ��

Hey enough with the conspiracy theories. I’m sure there are plenty of other forums where you can post that stuff, but we’ve seen enough of it here. As someone who has been on a ventilator before and went into respiratory arrest, it was a living hell and I’m in serious danger of going the way of the dodo if I catch this virus since people healthier than I are dying from it, so like I said...enough talk about conspiracies. This thread is for random thoughts to begin with, not debates or conspiracies.
