Surprised Victory is so low. I think it is one of the better Gottlieb tables.

Also surprised Black Rose is so high. That machine's appeal is lost on me. It's barely pinball. It's a video game with a cute cannon that happens to have flippers.

And what's with all of the hate for Goin Nuts? How can you mark down pointless gameplay and incessant music that makes you want to drive a jackhammer into your skull? There's just no accounting for taste.

I'm surprised with High Speed. Normally, it should be better rated than HS2: Getaway

I just assume the overall fan base skews young and older machines, even good ones, suffer for it. Especially for lacking features like ball save. Ball save is one of those features that once you have it, you get annoyed when other machines don't.

High Speed was amazing for its time but hasn't aged well. The multiball-jackpot sequence was a huge thrill in 1986 but is now routine on hundreds of tables since. When it came out for TPA, everybody was like "this is what were so excited for?"

TPA's implementation doesn't reflect the machine properly either. The challenge is sorely gone. The flippers are way too powerful. The upper ramp should need a perfect sweet-spot shot, not any old sloppy timing corrected by Farsight's railroad physics -- and should absolutely not happen from a random rebound from the lower flippers but that happens all the time in TPA.

High Speed was part of Farsight's season-3 slump where the physics were crude and untuned, during their big staff turnover. High Roller Casino and Junkyard also fell in that pit.

Exactly the kind of constructive criticism FS would benefit from paying attention to. I'd love to see more of us pushing for better physics.

At least High Roller Casino is challenging, but it is frustrating that it's basically impossible, thanks to railroads, to hit the Poker loop from a cradle on the left flipper. Would love to see this fixed, in fact all three of those could use a good physics tuning (High Roller Casino, Junkyard and High Speed)

This was fixed in a patch about a year ago, along with several other shots like AFM's right ramp and TOM's right orbit. All these shots have a possible railroad now, although that railroad is a very small and difficult timing window.

That's good to know, I was playing it yesterday and bricked that shot a few times so I thought it was still there. Anyway, strike that one off the list!

I bought iOS season 6 about a week ago — what an awful thing, to have to wait while everyone else is playing and complaining and discussing — and it’s terrific! Al’s Garage Band is the only one I’d discard. Totally happy with every other table and enthusiastic about most of them.

I know Bone Busters is frowned upon – and there certainly is a frustrating inconsistency trying to get a clean launch off of the right flipper – but since I’ve learned to love Dr. Dude and Going’ Nuts I’m not put off by ugly, irritating pinball games. I’d buy – and wear! – a Bone Busters t-shirt, if ever there was such a thing, and there probably wasn’t… so I don’t have to back that one up.

This is a great list. I certainly agree with the top 3 games: MM, AFM, MB. All 3 are masterpieces and to me the most fun to play on TPA.

The previous new table, Swords of Fury, is in a tie for 37th place. In the top 10, T2 moved out of a tie with Red & Ted's Road Show, which dropped down to #11. (But in a new high-ranking tie, No Good Gofers! and Eight Ball Deluxe are in a tie for the 12th spot.)
