This NEVER happens on a properly setup new table. EVER. EVER. EVER. It ever happening in pinball arcade on any table is a BUG.

I played 5 T2s new out of the box that stood side by side back then. 3 of them did have that hop. Flash Gordon has this hop. The guys at PAPA made a custom inlane guide just to remove that. True, while it can be annoying, I wouldn't go so far as to say it is a bug.

if they have the hop it's because of something misaligned.

ALWAYS.

Flash games do tend to have it when the posts holding the inlane to flipper guides start getting loose.

It means the inlane guide is sitting too low, or the flipper is sitting too high.

I find machines that have that hop unplayable in real life, especially since they like to make you try to loop a ramp with that hop.
