PinballWiz45b and I were chatting in Steam chat and testing tables and he noticed when he went into Centaur and then backed out...that the game crashed. I asked him if he did it with his mouse or a controller. He told me it was with his mouse. I then tried to do the same thing with my Xbox 360 controller and when I hit back after entering the table...the game crashed. So the game crashes when you back out of Centaur with a mouse or a 360 controller.
