PC - Bug Crash on launch with primary monitor rotated

Ram: 16GB
Version #(Bottom right of game screen): 0.007
Display Mode: Windowed or Full Screen
Display Resolution: 1920x1200

Frequency of Occurrence: 100% of the time

Expected Result: Game splash screen displays, etc.
Actual Result: Nothing (Silent Crash)
Comment: Display Settings to "Portrait", either manual through display settings or autorotate on tablets causes this. Changing the rotation setting after the game has launched results in non-responsive "hung" app requiring task manager-level process termination.
