hot sticky keys windows 8.1

how do i disable this ? it keeps popping up when i try to enter initials. i tried google but can't find windows 8.1 instructions.

Go to your Control Panel, make sure you're in Classic View, and click on Accessibility Options. Click the Keyboard tab, uncheck "Use StickyKeys", then click Settings and uncheck the options there.

thank you i had to turn off sticky keys when shift is pressed 5 times it should be OK now if not alternate work around is use mouse to do initials.
