Despite a little of the back and forth in this thread, I'd like the opportunity to vote in the future on what gets made.
If for no other reason than to see what they are lookin at adding to TPA.

This. Even if FS ignores these results, it was cool for them to allow customers to express opinions. Also cool is the respect shown to this site and its mods by placing the poll here instead of FB or their own site.

Not even close, I love Twilight Zone too. If I could have any two real pinball machines it would be Flight 2000 and Twilight Zone. I guess it is just what table you remember pumping the most quarters into.

FarSight will announce the winning table at whatever time they see fit. As much as the other moderators and I would like to announce the results, it's not our prerogative to do so. It is FarSight's product, they make the announcements. The polls are done here on FarSight's behalf because the forum software provides convenient features for running polls.

I am a patient person and can wait for the results. It's just nice to know that we'll get the table in the next three of four packs.

This poll does remind me of the 2000 US Presidential Election. When we all saw the results of this poll on Sat & Sun; it was like we could see how all the rest of the nation voted, but still waiting for the results to come in from Florida. Monday and Tuesday was like waiting for Florida to get their votes counted so results could be made final. Then the first of April, when we thought the elections results were to be released, we find that there is a hanging "chad" and the results won't be released until a higher body tells us. Like waiting for the Supreme Court of the US to tell us if George Bush or Al Gore won the election.

Such irony is funny. Hopefully this outcome won't be as controversial.

Actually, I got off the phone with Bobby and he said he'll announce the winner very soon (I'm not saying when, so people can't accuse anyone of not meeting a deadline).

I just read the result on facebook and said to myself, "I'll bet there are some happy people here," and went to check. Although I suppose there are unhappy people as well. It's just... people wanting Flight 2K so much. I voted for Catacomb, but I look forward to playing Flight 2K. I'm not sure I ever actually got to play it or only saw it once in an arcade. I think seeing it in person but playing it little or not at all lends itself to an anticipation.

Now that the results have been officially announced, I wonder if the poll results will be made public again?
