In the Pro version (obviously), neither the on-screen nor hard back buttons seem to do anything on the "dips/enter" screen. It does this whether or not I alter any game settings. Android platform.
The same thing happened to me. Turns out you aren't automatically logged in to the DX11 version. Log in from the main PA screen and the table shows up as purchased again.
I mentioned the login bit just to be thorough. But yeah, my phone and tablet are on the same Gmail/Google account. All my other app purchases are available on both devices. And sorry for the hostility in my first post. It was uncalled for.
Yeah, it no longer plays the Ghostbusters theme while you play. I can't tell if the new music is even from the movie's soundtrack or score. I don't recognize it. Perhaps it only plays during a certain mode? Haven't played long enough today to find out.
I saw this morning that Ghostbusters has been updated in the Google Play store to allow purchasing the table for $5 (via IAP). Great!
Not a fan of the music change, but whatever.
HOWEVER... updating the installation causes my phone (GS5) to reset, and my tablet (2013 Nexus 7) to give a "504"...
Of COURSE I make a negative comment like that and the VERY NEXT POST is from a Farsight employee. Not to say that I like Goin' Nuts. I can't stand it. But it'd have been nice if I'd included something more balanced, like, "Still, I appreciate their interest in creating a virtual pinball...
I think the point was more that market value doesn't equal a fun table, and that Farsight has shown it's willing to make a TPA table based on a novelty with no lasting power. Of course my five year old thought Goin' Nuts was a blast, but his standards are SUPER low. >D
I can't refute that Xenon has relatively limited play value, but its strength was always in its visuals and sound. It created an atmosphere and suggested a sinister story that captured my imagination as a kid. I'd watch it for hours, even after all my quarters were spent. I can't make a...
The following happens on both my phone and tablet (S5 and 2013 Nexus 7). Haven't tested it on PC yet. When the game starts, the launch button does not appear. It only shows up after tapping the screen, which launches the ball. After losing a ball, the launch button disappears momentarily and...
We all know there's something not right with pinball junkies, but pinball junkies that don't have a healthy aversion to clowns... something about that breed that's just not right. :P
If you were to walk into an arcade with a table that allows for progression of some element from game-to-game (e.g. "RANSOM" in Black Knight 2000, the Powerball in Twilight Zone, or "ELVIRA" in well... Elvira), the state of that element would figure to be random, with respect to the...
Actually, xAzatothx is right, whether or not he's referring to the same jaggies I am. Here's a side-by-side comparison w/ 4x antialiasing on:
Pay attention to the flipper edges, shooter lane edges, and the bottom corner of the lane plastic. Post processing DEFINITELY introduces some...
