    If you need to use a PS3 controller for the game, use BetterDS3 and set it to Xinput mode to emulate a 360 controller. It's miles better than Motionjoy (But still uses the base driver)

    You shouldn't be having these kind of issues. I have a i7 950@4Ghz with a GTX 570 and I can play with 4xSGSSAA at 2560x1440p with 60FPS without issues.
